I'm still learning but this is what I'm doing:
~~I add most customers to my circles (especially frequent customers)
~~When someone favs me, I add them to my circle and send convos with
1. Thanks them for the fav
2. Newsletter link w free downloads
3. Explain if they fav my shop they will see my updates in their activity feed (a lot of people don't know this).
4. Coupon (if I have one active.)
5. My sig with links to blogs.
~~ In every customer thank you receipt I explain if they fav my shop they will see my updates in their activity feed
