Setting up a blog with GoDaddy?

So, I've owned my own domain name with GoDaddy for awhile now, but I just have it pointed to my Etsy shop page. I want to change this, and actually set up the 1-page website that comes "free" with the domain name, and use that as my blog. Does anyone know of any good tutorials, or know how to set this up? The website builder looks pretty easy, but I'm not sure how to set it up in a blogging format. Or even if you can???

I would suggest you something different :)

create a blog on blogger.com

when you have the blog, add your custom domain to the blog
on godaddy make the settings for the domain name

here is a how to:

this way your blog will be fully functional, hosted by blogger and still using your domain name.

I have a Blogger account already. I want to move away from that and get my own standalone blog where I can control the content better. I'm not satisfied with the limitations on Blogger.
