Seeking advice to improve our shop's performance

We are seeking the advice/help from this forum for any critical input that might help us improve our performance/presentation for the Etsy audience. What are our obvious deficiencies, areas for improvement? Thank you for any help... Kind regards.

Re: Seeking advice to improve our shop's performance

You have some beautiful items in your shop.

I would suggest adding to your policies section.

I would also suggest, if at all possible, to try and photograph the rings with someone wearing them.

Good Luck and Happy Sales!

Re: Seeking advice to improve our shop's performance

I would strongly suggest that you finish building the basics of your shop. Your 'about' page seems to be missing as do your policies.

Do you have any FAQ's that need to be included in your listings?

Some of your descriptions are lacking in the 'buy me' type details. Can you tell the back story about the pieces?

When it comes to your tags, you should be using the phrases from your item title so that you come up in an Etsy search.

What are you doing to bring customers to your shop? Remember that Etsy provides you with the storefront but its up to you to bring in your own business.

Very nice work but out of my price range right now.

Re: Seeking advice to improve our shop's performance

You got distictive items as I can see. Magnificent!
Just some quick notes:
- Use up all five photos in each listing.
Your photos are very professional. Add some human element can reduce the coldness of the photos - like your banner.
(For that kind of jewelry, I would request a 3D vedio if I were a buryer! :)

- You need to work on your tags. For SEO and titles, articles in this link can be helpful - "How Etsy Search Works":

Good luck.

Re: Seeking advice to improve our shop's performance

So far, since this forum, we've added to our 'About Us' page and 'Policies' tab and entered 'FAQ's'... How have we done?

The bigger task of added pics of each piece on a hand/human is in the works, and so is tags/titles for each item...

We are thankful for everyone who has commented so far and look forward to hearing from more of you!!
