Hi, I'm opening another shop, it will include my polymer clay charms, some necklaces, flower hair clips, and some scarves and upcycled accesories. It'll be very diverse, so I want something that allows me to sell different kinds of things (ex. not just charms, scarves, or flower clips.) Here are some that I thought of, I made a list of the ones that are taken and the ones that are not. Please give me more ideas!

Efflorescence would not be difficult for me to remember, because my husband waterproofs basements, and he sees efflorescence on the basement walls all the time! lol

I love the word efflorescence - actually prefer efflorescent instead but I there are so many names out there that could have/are hard to remember, but people remember them if they like the product!

One issue though is that ...if someone wanted to google you because they couldnt really remember where you were from (I've done this before) ...there would be a whole load of entries before you would appear. But that's just something to think about...hence why I made my name up!

I don't know how true that is- I use a french word for my shop name (it means bird house) and I'm on the first page of google... not at the top, but still page one. I actually wonder if it brings me views since it's an actual word- anyone in the world that googles it and scans the first page is scanning my link- who knows who might click on it :)

It depends on how unique the word is, I've never heard of nichoir, but I have heard of efflorescence ...it also depends on how many connections it has too...I'm sure if CharmsForACause went with Efflorescence and built up a true online presence, she too could be near the first few pages on google.

Efflorescence is a tough one to spell right and if it is typed into the search box wrong your shop will not show up on search results. I don't think many people search for shop names but I would think about it. Once you decide on a shop name you've got it. I would have made mine a bit different if I had known a bit more about Etsy when I set up. That's the reason my avatar is a vessel and not my face, to help people know what I sell.

According to Merriam-Webster's dictionary efflorescence is also an English word :)
