SALE advice

I am having a sale in my etsy shop.
I am not sure if I am doing everything right, as far as the promotion goes.
I have posted info on Twitter and Facebook.
Is there something I am missing?
Is there any other way I can promote my sale?

A lot of teams will let you share your current promotions and you can put it as the first line in your shop announcement, too. Good Luck!

I've used etsyonsale.com before. It's great for getting the obvious "sale price" look on your listings.

If you add "sale" to the beginning of your item descriptions, whenever they're posted in an activity feed or included in a treasury, viewers will know they're on sale even if they haven't seen your shop announcement.

I have a 40% off sale scheduled for Wednesday (my grandma's birthday). I'm promoting pretty hard no Facebook (which is linked to my Twitter) and working on promoting in other ways. One thing I did to make sure I got the word out there was to create an event on Facebook for the sale--a page specifically for sale information that I could send to people on my friends list, my fans, etc.
