Hi All,
I had a customer ask for specific item, to which i obliged, she recieved the items and was thrilled with them. I asked if she would be willing to leave some feedback for me. She said she wouldn't hesitate but could not do so until the 3rd March.
What is this about surely if she isn't allowed to leave feedback when she remembers..ie when she received the item and its fresh in her mind, the customer is likely to forget?
does anyone know why this is, is this new?
