Reviews

I recently got a 2 star review. The customer wasn't happy with the finish on her necklace. What to do about a bad review?
Thank you in advance,
Janice

Re: Reviews

1) immediately fix the photo so it represents what will be shipped
2) reach out to your customer and ask if he/she'd like to return or exchange the item
3) hope the review gets changed but DON'T ASK them to change it.
4) In any case move on and make your 108th sale. You won't get to 109 with getting 108 first.

Re: Reviews

Contact the customer to offer a refund or exchange. If customer doesn't change feedback after that you could reply to feedback in a professional way. Your reply will be for future customers to know how you handle a situation like that. And don't stress about a negative feedback you're still at a five star average.

Re: Reviews

I would reach out to the customer and express a sincere apology that the item didn't meet her expectations. Express that you want customers to be 100% happy with their purchases and offer a full refund or exchange. Offer to pay for return postage.
I agree with Georgia, the review will be buried soon enough.
