Review System

I was skeptical about the built in wait time with the new review system but in the past few weeks my reviews have doubled. I have to say that having that reminder on the home page is very helpful!

Have other people noticed an uptick in reviews?

I love the new review system but I haven't had a customer leave a review since July! It's a shame because I love hearing back from my customers.

I've had customers convo me directly about how much they love their purchases, but not know how to leave a review for my shop. I'm not really clear myself. Seems like the feedback screen should be much more easy to find.

They've always had reminders on the first page after log in to leave feedback. What annoys me are three star ratings on my soap shop critiquing their dislike of THEIR choices of scent, even though I promptly shipped their items and they arrived on time and well packaged. Reviews are not a critique of my product, they're a review of the whole transaction.

i got my first 2 reviews in the last days from purchases in august and both were 5 stars. i cannot say i really like it but i´m happy i got good reviews

I have a hard time getting customers to complete a review. My customers will convo but they don't seem willing to review. We even offer a coupon code for reviews but nothing yet.

Interesting, I've had a very high review rate since the new system went into place.

If the reminders were on the front page before, I never saw one. I've only been here since April but prior to the new system I felt I had to really hunt down the feedback section. Now every time I log in my items awaiting feedback are right there.

I''ve had about 5 reviews under the new system. I've had a few more people write to me with how happy they were, but weren't able to leave feedback yet. They never return....that's my one issue with the review system.
