I am fixing to do my first return & would like for anyone to give me their opinion on my reply to buyer. Here is what I am thinking about saying:

The package should be post mark no later than April 30, 2014. My return policy states that the buyer is responsible for return shipping, item has to be returned in the same condition as when received, & the Shipping & Handling Fee is nonrefundable. Once I receive your return I will refund the cost of the item within 5 business days.
