I am loving the increase in repeat customers. The first time I saw a little star behind the customer's username I wondered what that signified. How do I get one? The I realized that it stood for a repeat customer. Now there are more and more people returning to my shop to buy. I also like that in the convo screen there is a little history of the person asking a question and my shop. That makes the conversion more personal if I know if they are new or returning.

Yes, I relied heavily on these data. I've always received many inquiries and these threads have been really helpful. Also for the repeat customers, I was able to find the price I offered for the previous orders and what she/he ordered from me previously. Love those! :)
