Did I miss some changes or is anyone else missing their click on to rearrange listings? Mine hasn't been there for a few days now.

My "Rearrange Your Shop" button is there and has been working fine the past few days. Is that the button you're referring to?

Sounds like your rearrange shop function is disabled. To enable it: go to Your Shop -> Options -> Enable Rearrange Shop.
