Re listing items

I re-list an item in my shop twice a day (more on the weekends) & my strategy is to go down my items and choose the one that was listed the longest time ago and re-list it. Is that your strategies? Or would it be better to repeatedly list one item over & over again instead?

What's your strategy for re-listing?

i relist items only when they expire after 4 months. i don´t see any reason in spending money on listing fees for more than 1- 2 items every day

I've found that as long as the items have good titles and tags that they will be found regardless of when they were listed.

The only time I renew items is if they are about to expire. I've enough items in my shop that there are on average 20 - 30 items expiring each week.

Thanks...that's very interesting. I thought I needed to relist at least one item a day to get at the top page -- but you're right, a lot of my viewers seem to find me by searching. Maybe I'll try re-listing less & see what happens...

My products don't have enough of a profit margin to be able to renew them for no good reason (other then them expiring).

I think good use of keywords (SEO) and marketing are the ways to have your shop and your products found.
