Do I have to refund a UK customer who bought a custom made product? After reading through the Consumer Contracts Regulations, my understanding is that because it is a “tailor made” item I do not have to accept the return. Is this correct? Am I protected against chargebacks as well? I have never dealt with such a difficult customer in 10 years of selling online, but now I am seriously questioning whether I should still ship to EU. I appreciate your help in advance.
