Question about shipping to Hong Kong

Hi, I have a question regarding the shipping of an item to Hong Kong. The address that the buyer sent me doesn't have a Postal Code. In addition to that, the buyer didn't write his name, only the company's.
It's a company in an Industrial Building, and the buyer sent me the contact info in this manner (where X are the individual numbers of the original):

Company: [Company name]
Room X, X/F, [Building name] Industrial Building, [Street Name],
[Province]
HONG KONG

Will the item reach its destination? I haven't sent an item to Hong Kong yet, so I'm kinda nervous as I want my item to reach its happy buyer :)

Have you asked the buyer? That's the first thing that I would do, unless you already have the buyer's name, and in that case I'd mark the package to the attention of xxxx.

Hong Kong doesn't have postal codes as far as I'm aware.

I think it's better to get the buyer's name, otherwise, it gonna be hard to reach the buyer's hand. :)

I wouldn't send anything until you're sure of the exact address either.
I'd contact the buyer and ask all your Q's such as business or personal address. I word it that you want to verify his/her address to be sure
his/her package arrives safely and in a timely manner.

I have only shipped to Spain and plan to visit my Post Office and ask
exactly what I need to do for each Country listed on Esty's listings for shipping costs.

My guess is its a small company and everyone knows everyone. And everyone wears many hats. The owner is also the mail room clerk and is also the one who opens the mails :-). But to be sure, I'd ask for the person's name. Last name at least.

Some people don't like to give their names. I've seen that a lot. I won't make an issue though if the buyer refuses to give her name.

I don't know Hong Kong doesn't have postal code. Ireland don't, if I am not mistaken.

Maybe you could look up the address on google maps? Sometimes I do that with confusing addesses to make sure its a correct.

And yes, I would definitely email/contact the buyer just for clarification!

I just came up against this recently. Hong Kong doesn't use postal codes internally, but for international shipping to there, you can use postal code 999077.
