QUESTION ABOUT CANCELING ORDER/FEEDBACK

Hello! Can a buyer leave feedback if you have cancelled/refunded their order?
I appreciate all responses!

I believe they have 60 days after their purchase to summit feedback even after cancelation. Not sure though!

I thought they couldn't because I had to cancel a sale through problems with a buyer before and once cancelled I couldn't find anywhere to leave feedback for them afterwards. This is from a seller viewpoint though, not sure about the other way around.

My understanding is that when you CANCEL an order, there is no longer an option for feedback. If you just issue a refund and do not cancel, they can still leave feedback throughout the allotted timeframe.

I think they have 2 days after an order is cancelled to leave feedback.
