Promoting with Search Ads...

I just wanted to know what everyones thoughts are on the whole paying the $5, $10 or however much for promotion through search ads? I did it for two weeks and don't really feel like it brought any more traffic to my shop than what I had before using it!

Just thought I'd see what everyone's else's experience with it has been!

I tried it one week and same as you I went from 35 views to 45 maybe i am missing something?

I think they are awesome. I don't think 2 weeks is enough time to give it a chance. People worry that their items don't show up in the right category.

Why do you want, for example your blue elephants to show up in ads for people who are already searching for that? What you really want is cross promotion.

My map drawer pulls show up in map necklaces and people see something they didn't even know they wanted. I've gotten a fair number of sales from the ads.
