Hi
I use the promoted listings with customizing bids on items. The last 12 items I have listed won't show up when I go to the Promoted Listings to set their bid amount. The last thing showing up is from items I posted a week ago.
I have checked settings etc and can't figure out why this is happening. I sent a message to Etsy but haven't heard back. Never had this happen before and when I read through the Promoted info I don't see this as a problem that has a solution listed.
Anyone who uses the Promoted listings have a suggestion?
