Hello,
I sent a pair of earrings to Germany. The tracking says delivered, but the customer says that she didn´t get anything. The German post shows a signature, but it is not her name and the customer says that she doesn´t know the person who it was delivered to. She doesn´t want to deal with the post at all. I called the German post but could get through the automatic choices which were in German. No one at the customer service answered my emails. The customer wants her money back. Also, first she said that she wanted the earrings for a birthday in February. Now she says that the birthday is today and she doesn´t want a replacement. Is there anything I can do, or just give her a refund?
