Problem with USPS

Do you know if USPS is having problems updating their status lately or is just happening to me?

USPS, in general, for me rarely gives accurate updates. A lot of my packages will supposedly sit in one location for days or weeks, but then I get a review from a customer that it arrived. If you use PayPal, their tracking seems generally up-to-date. :)

i think it depends on the local post offices. Once in a while i have sent them a note of complaint, and i have gotten calls back with apologies. It is hit and miss. I wouldn't worry too much though.

oh the other thing, if i remember right, handing packages over the counter to the clerk at the post office (even if already labeled) seems it might help get things initially entered into their system sooner- as received by them rather than just a label purchased?

Sometime I do not receive a complete update on USPS shipping on Etsy. When I see that, I would click on the bottom of the “Track Package” window showing the tracking number in blue. This link will take me directly to the USPS Tracking page. Occasionally, I will see the tracking information more up to date.

When all fails, same with Katy, I know the ordered arrived when I get a review from a customer or do not hear from a customer.
