Problem with DC

I don't know if this has been adressed, but I tried to print a shipping label on a DC sale (my first one) and I was unable to. The reason given me was I had an outstanding balance, but I don't. I even paid the small balance that I did have (which was not over due) to see if that was the issue. I got the same message a second time. Am I doing something wrong or is this come kind of glitch? The order was international, but this is supposed to not be a problem according to what I've read...
