Had an order come in a few days ago for one of my glass turtles.
Unfortunately when I went to ship, I found that the little turtles head had broken :(
I glued it....and it looks ok like in general but if you look right at you can tell it had been broken.
Not wanting to ship a compromised item...
I PMed buyer and offered a solution. (50% off, exchange, make a new, cancel transaction) No response. Emailed her. No response.
Now what? :(
