Printing a second label

I had an order in December that I shipped but I didn't ship one headband. Now that I'm ready to ship that headband, I don't see an option to ship a second label. Help?

I go to USPS and purchase/print a label that way and notify the customer via conversation of what the new tracking number is. I don't know what the timeframe is, but after a while, I can't print a second label from the Etsy order

You can also print shipping labels through your Paypal account which gets you the business pricing just like Etsy.
