Printing Shipping Labels

I tried for over an hour this morning to print the shipping label for my first order and I cannot get it to print!

I don't know what to do. Printer is hooked up, set as default, plenty of ink and paper, etc.

I was able to print my packing slip just fine. Any ideas???

I'm assuming that you are trying to print the shipping label from PayPal. Maybe it has something to do with your browser. Found this demo link, hopefully it will be useful:

Are you trying to print from Paypal? What browser are you using? The label in Paypal opens up in a popup window so if you have popups blocked that could be the problem. I would suggest googling something like "can't print shipping label using ______ browser." Google is your friend! Good luck.

I never considered the browser and that is exactly what it is....Eric (my husband) uses Opera....it printed from Internet Explorer without issue!
