Printing Resources

Any other fellow card/invitation/print makers out there who do their own in-home printing?
Want to share any tips, tricks and resources for printing on your heavy card stock?

I have been using a Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer for just over a year now and it has been handling my card stock very well. However I am now upgrading, yay! to even heavier better quality stock. The printer is now not up for what I'm throwing at it.

Anyone found a printer that works for them that feeds large quantities of heavy duty card stock well?

I am doing large daily orders of well over 100 prints so single-feed isn't going to work for me either.

I'm wondering about ink jet vs. laser as well as if the next step is really upgrading to commercial level printers.

Hope someone out there is with me!

Re: Printing Resources

I'm interested in this as well. As a painter, I'd love to be able to produce small prints myself.

Re: Printing Resources

I'm marking this for information as well. I use a local vendor for my prints that specializes in high-quality giclee art prints so I don't print mine from home but I am curious what the best printer would be if I was to switch to doing it myself.
