GREAT! One thing that I learned in retail management, too: list the top three categories (or listings) and the bottom 3; figure out WHY the top 3 are there (sometimes it's seasonal, sometimes it's because of promotion or whatever) & do the same for the bottom 3; figure out what makes them so much less (seasonal, pictures, promotions, what?) It was a great way to figure out what products were lagging and figure out if they need to be gotten rid of, promoted, or leave until a better time.
