I'm no expert- but. If you are just starting out, it's real easy to want to start your pricing out low to get some sales under your belt and then raise them. I'm not sure that it is the best way to go though.
Your pricing is definitely too low for the product. I'm not going to use your term too cheap, but I will say that people will wonder if you are using inferior products or you are using remnants, or the such. I would raise your prices to a more comparable level now while you are still new.
