Pricing critique

Can anyone offer me a critique on my pricing? As I am new to the business, I am afraid to make my prices high in case I can't match with quality. However, I don't want to make my items look "cheap". Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I just looked at your shop and it is soo beautiful! I love your work. But to be honest, I think you're UNDER PRICED.
For instance, this listing:

Unless you purchased all those little booklets pre-made, I know it had to take some time to make those.
The price it shows me in USD is $13.50 and I'd be charging at least double that. Don't forget your time is very valuable.

Gosh, thank you so much! I will definitely think about raising my prices- because yes, they do take some time to make :)
