What is hindering your sales is the lack of an announcement that gives a concise description of what you are selling and how you came to sell it. Also under your shop name you have repeated it. There too you need a short sentence that describes your shop. Your titles are not searchable which can make it difficult for people to find you. I would make sure that your tags repeat your title when you have the titles corrected to reflect words that people would use to search for your items. Hope this helps.
