So I got a sell today, yay. I am trying to ship it out, but the customer has 2 address's listed. Is this normal?? maybe he has a mailing address and a physical address listed? If i put both on a mailing label will it get returned?

I've rarely received 2 completely different addresses for one sale--and even when I did it was mostly before Etsy put in Express Checkout a long time back.

Your best bet is to contact the buyer to sort things out.

It probably will get returned if you put both. Some people don't update their addresses with both Etsy and Paypal when they move, so convo the customer and ask which address it should be sent to.

Dear Amber,

1) 2 mail to addresses on any package or letter will be returned for sure.

2) you're right, it could be one is a ship to address and the other one is a residential address.

3) Do convo the customer and show him/her the 2 addresses you have and ask which one they'd like you to ship the item to, as Ariella said.
