Polyvore question

Hey everyone!
Recently I've had some serious hits from polyvore. I don't have an account with the fashion site, and I tried to do a search for "etsy" and the items that have gotten hits, and I uncovered a big fat nothing!
Anyone have any insights on this/ the polyvore site?
