Can someone please explain Buy and Replace to me in slow and small terms? It's over my head. I want to give it a try, but don't know what all is involved.

Hi Raziela,
If you buy and item from the treasury (there are different rules for each sales so read them carefully), then the curator will chose an item from your shop to put in the treasury. Depending on the rules you probably need to spend and minimum amount to buy in. Sometimes you are not featured until the next round and that could be days or weeks, depending on who is running it. How do you set one up? I should have been more clear in my question. Someone said something on a different team thread about buyers having to buy spots at $3 each to have a place in a BNR.

For the beginning featured items there's no $ amount. You only pay if you purchase from one of the featured shops. Then your item for your shop replaces the item from the shop you purchased from.

That I'm not sure, There's a team for BNR's, I think it's A2BNRS , check them out, they have a lot of info.
