Picture critique

I was wondering if someone could pop over to my store and look at my pictures. I spent almost all day yesterday working on them. Taking them, editing them, and changing them. So if anyone has any feedback, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Re: Picture critique

Hi!
I just would liketo suggest you to use Macro function in your camera (little tulip). And one more thing (maybe not too important, but still..) - if you would remove date stamp from your photos before you take them, it would be nice. :)
But I LOVE your idea to show first photo for all items the same and with ribbon :)
And one more note - I would like to see actual size of your items - maybe someone can hold your items at hands or something like that...

Re: Picture critique

Hi Zane.

Thank you for the advice. I would use the Macro function on my camera, except that it's really not a very good camera, and so the Macro function doesn't work very well.

I realized halfway through my photo shoot that I had the date stamp on, and I immediately took it off. So I have to retake those pictures. I'll probably work on that today.

And thanks. :) I like taking the pictures with the ribbon. :)

I need to take pictures with the blanket layed out, but I have to find something else to take my pictures on. The surface that I'm using right now isn't big enough for the blanket to be layed out. I'll work on that today I think.

Thanks for the feedback!

Re: Picture critique

Hi Kayla.

You have such a cute store. I think the clarity of your pictures are great, but I would play with the brightness to whiten up the backgrounds. Also, I wouldn't have the first picture of every item exactly the same--at the exact same angle. A picture of the item in use would be nice too. Maybe photograph a baby holding it or something.

Good luck!!!
