This is what I found:

A second email will let the seller and buyer know when the order has completed processing.
If the second email says that the order did not go through:
If you are the seller, the item will be put back up for sale in your shop. Please don't ship the order until you see that it has completed.
If you are the buyer, your card will not be charged.
If you have any orders that have been processing for more than 48 hours, please contact us so that we can look into the order further. "
