I was wondering if Direct Checkout has a tracking number included like paypal does?

Postage labels printed through Etsy include tracking info, if that's what you're asking.

Thank you very much. I just wanted to make sure because it seems like most of my sales since I started Direct checkout are now using that instead of paypal.

You can print labels through Etsy even if they pay with Paypal. Once I realized how easy it is I print all my shipping labels through Etsy.

I do the same as Judy, I find it much easier and time efficient to print labels via Etsy rather than fool with paypal. It puts the tracking info directly into etsy from the get-go.

It's quite useful.

Yes, the way buyers pay doesn't need to affect the way you ship. If you prefer using Paypal to ship, you still can. It isn't as easy, though. Shipping costs the same on Etsy, and it's WAYYY easier than Paypal, in my opinion. You don't need to type in the tracking number; it's already provided as a link when you purchase.
