PayPal Help Please!

A customer messaged me to say that she had been trying to make a purchase from my shop wit PayPal for two days. She is receiving a message that tells her that the merchant does not want to accept PayPal. I do accept PayPal and have had customers purchase with it before. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I can't seem to find anything except my shop account.

Have you tried calling paypal? They are usually quite helpful.

The first thing I'd do is check my shop payment settings. You can get to it by clicking on Your Shop: Janes Corner menu on the top right hand side of your screen (if you are logged in). Then on the left hand side you will click on Shipping & Payment under Shop Settings. Then you may have to log in again or confirm your log in info. Then go to the Payment Methods.

If it is turned on then I 'd check my Paypal account to be sure something isn't needing updated or whatever. Sorry but that is all I can offer for a solution. Good luck! Maybe someone else can help who has gone through this.
