Partial refund and Etsy fees

I refunded a part of the transaction on paypal and I understand that paypal will refund part of the fees, but what happens with the Etsy fees? Do they refund any of the fees or nothing at all?

As far as I know, Etsy doesn't do partial refunds on its fees.

I don't think Etsy does any sort of fee refunds. What was the purpose of the refund you gave?

Etsy does refund fees in full if a transaction is cancelled.
