Packaging help!

You gave the Taylor (TailoreMade) such great help with her packaging, can you make my packaging any better - as in more like a gift or smart shop?

To keep the porcelain sculptures from breaking on their long overseas trip I wrap them in paper towelling (lots) then bubble wrap (lots) then into a large box with lots of filling. I have to put the padding on, can't get away from that.

I always include a gift of a handmade porcelain tag with the pet's name on it, wrapped in bubble as breakable also, then my cards and a thank you card tied on with ribbon.

So, great minds of Etsy - how can I tart up my packaging?! Very excited about this, love beautiful things (such a girl), love when my Etsy purchase is beautifully wrapped - not put off though if just receive a lovely item :).

Re: Packaging help!

I can see a thin fabric gift bag made of a paw print design that holds the work with all it's cushioning. Could be flat, fold over or drawstring. And a paw print logo on the outside of your box, maybe under your address.

When I get something that is in any kind of fabric bag, I feel that I'm getting an upscale gift, which your work definitely is!

Sounds cute pinkpainter! I make my own bags to send things in. I think it makes it feel like a cozy housewarming gift and they can reuse it later or store things in it, I love fabric bags!!
