I noticed that on some listing you can zoom in on their photos but you can't mine... where is that feature?

I think it's because your images are too small pixel-wise. The bigger the image, the more zoom-age. HTH

You should be able to adjust the settings on your camera to take higher resolution photos.

funny ... i go to great lengths to make them smaller because i thought they had to be 578 x ??? My pictures are very large to start with.

No, I don't know what mine are, but they are pretty large. No need to shrink them. I think you only need to do that for your avatars.

5780px is the SMALLEST they can be. It's better to upload on the large end of the spectrum, at 1000 pixels wide. It does say at least 570 px. for etsy pictures but really that's the lowest size/quality they will accept.
