Other Payment

I received an order the other day, as I am getting it ready to ship is states :NOT PAID, so when I look at the receipt it states : OTHER PAYMENT option. I don't offer any other payment option than thru Etsy or Paypal....what does this mean??

Are you sure that in Shop Settings, payments you do not have flagged the other payment method?
I have it flagged if some buyer wants to pick up the order.

At some point, you must have offered the 'other' option for payment otherwise the customer wouldn't have been able to select that as an option.
