I need some advice....
A family member purchased an item on Etsy. After 3 weeks the item never shipped however the shop owner said she had sent it. She told my cousin she would send a replacement the following day which that item was never received either. Finally my cousin asked for a refund and the shop owner refused. After contacting her multiple time the shop owner finally refunded my cousin her money and cancelled the order. The issue is she would like to let people know she had this experience with this shop however since the owner cancelled the order she can not write a review on the order.
She would also like to contact Etsy regarding this issue. She asked me how to do this and I have not clue.. Can someone point me / her in the right direction?
