Wow! It's been quite the year of learning, designing, making, selling, sharing,.... Here are a few of my thoughts. Like anything else, you need to make an effort to get involved in order to benefit from the Etsy experience. In addition to reading through team posts and forums, browsing shops, and making sure my own shop was in order, one of the best things I did early on, was to add international shipping. My second big bump came when Etsy added direct checkout. Recently I've seen a large increase in views that I think may be coming from google shopping ads, since my stats have shown an increase in the percentage of google traffic sources. So, I say "Thanks Etsy administration and fellow Etsy sellers and buyers!"
