This team is dedicated to sharing business advice in a supportive environment. From the day you first set up your shop to the day you think about quitting your day job, there's so much to learn. Luckily, one of the best things about selling on Etsy is the support and encouragement from other sellers.

Whether you’re brand new to selling on Etsy or you can count the years on both of your hands, you probably have some milestones that you’d like to celebrate with all of us. Post your milestone in this thread. Every month, we'll highlight some of our favorite posts, so join the celebrations!

Please also introduce yourself in your post if you’re new to the Etsy Success Team—describe what you sell and how long your shop has been open.

Here are some examples of milestones (but remember that all personal milestones big or small are worthy of celebrating!):

This success team is great! After some apprehension, I quit obsessing about my sales and started researching ways to enhance my shop and attract more traffic. This morning I learned how to rearrange my front page, thanks to discussion threads, which was so much fun and I am already getting more attention on those items. I have recently hit 100 sales and my facebook fan page is picking up momentum.

Most importantly though, I am feeling like part of a creative, supportive community. I love getting and giving support to other folks, it keeps me motivated and inspired--thank you all so much for all that you do!

I've finally received two sales since reopening my shop in July! July and August were so discouraging for me, because when I opened my shop in the summer of 2011, I was receiving orders one after the other!

Hopefully my good luck will continue! Without the support of all you other awesome Etisians, I probably would have been so discouraged to just give up and close. I'm so glad I haven't, and I can't wait for this holiday season.

Today marks a very special milestone in the history of 3Sisterscountrystore as we start the first day of our second year on Etsy.com. 10 sales since opening in late January and I am very happy with this number.
My most memorable buyer is a woman for San Fransisco who bought a pair of my Angora High Cabled Mittens.

The week she received them, she order 2 more made to order in grey and pink. I was taken aback to say the least.

My last sale is one of my most treasured items. The Leaf Lace Alpaca Shawl. I am reinvesting to make this item available made to order in different colors.

I 'm so blessed that I join the ETSY success team, I had learned a lot a lot from members thank you very much! I changed my tittles my tag and I re-take all the pictures. I also increase my items from 50 to 260 , I worked 12 hours a day and my fingers was burn using all those jewelry tools :( , none stop posting new items.....so far I had 62 orders for September 1st to present. My view went up to 600 and favorites around 50 ....I am so happy even though some days No sale! Thank you all !!!!! ♥♥♥♥

I have been in galleries, they take 50%. and that is a lot when you are a bronze sculptor. I have done art shows they are lucrative but exhausting. I had my own gallery I had overhead and no time to actually do my work.
I have just recently started to work more on etsy and had over $2500 in sales last month. That equals the revenues of an average art show.

Next wednesday I am dropping 4 of my signs off to be sold at a local gift boutique!!!

I love the store and shop there for all sorts of gifts. Still can hardly believe that my creations will be on the shelves with the other wonderful items!

My dreams seem to be coming true, and it's pretty amazing :)

I love this idea! Something that's been really successful for me so far are my custom house portraits. It all started when I painted my own house:
