Boot camp launches on Thursday! Would you like a partner to bounce ideas off of, give you a hand when you need it, and keep you on track through this year’s Holiday Boot Camp? Connect with on of your Etsy companions, reach out to a member of one of your Etsy Teams, or connect with each other in this forum thread. Let other members of the team know what kind of buddy you would most like to partner with. Are they also a jewelry artists? Or maybe you’re looking for someone who also works with upcycled materials? Or maybe you want to find someone nearby?

What I want for Christmas--or Festivus, is a holiday boot camp buddy. I love to make beautiful things out of things that others discard or over look. I've only dipped my toes into Etsy and think it's time to involve other body parts. I love, Paris, Frida Kahlo, Africa and a certain lasagna sold by that Trader Joe. I want to create. I want to sell. I want to share joy, and not in that order. I want a buddy to keep me focused, motivated and productive. I'll reciprocate.

I'm in need of a buddy also. I concentrate on paper goods and jewelry elements - may make a few jewelry items for the holidays. This will be my first boot camp but I'm on board to work very hard. I've learned a lot of social media tips recently and have been applying them and the views have already doubled in just one day - so I must have done something right. No sales today but I am hopeful they will come. Looking for a buddy to go through the boot camp with. Two heads are better than one, so they say. I would love a boot camp buddy. Although I'm not new to my craft, I'm relatively new to experiencing any successful online selling. I'm an event florist by trade, and offer unique wedding pretties through my etsy shop. I also have a TON of vintage materials with either plans to sell as is or repurpose into unique accessories. I originally started with handmade frames but have recently started on home decor such as floral arrangements, masks (Day of the Dead) and signs (Halloween). My first love was with a paintbrush, I've only posted one of my paintings because I've never been too fond of parting with something I've put my heart and soul into.

I'm looking for a buddy to spend the Holidays with. I like painting, jewelry making, sculpting, and long walks on the beach. I currently work with concrete in different forms and am excited about introducing some new items for FALL and of course, the holidays. I need a buddy to help keep me focused and out of dreamland. Hey! I love the buddy idea. I've read all 32 pages of this thread and the common idea is that we're looking for the same thing...sales...sales...sales. Me too!

I make quilts that happen to be bibs and love it...I've been quilting for about 40 years, have left a career in sales & marketing and am working very hard to juggle my landscape design business with my Etsy life...Right now I'm chin deep in making Halloween, Fall and Thanksgiving items to post, but know I need to get started yesterday on my Christmas line! Yikes!

This is my first holiday season here, have been working very hard on my SEO's, descriptions and pricing, but only have 9 sales since March of this year when I opened my shop.

I would love a buddy who can help me get on track, am very receptive to constructive criticism and will work hard to make this holiday season a success - I'm fully ready to give the same in return.

Several people have mentioned that they'd prefer not working with someone who's in direct competition, but maybe if we were, we'd understand each other better....as long as we are serious about growing our Etsy business, I'm fine with that.

Hi! I'm looking for a buddy. Here are a few things about me: I'm a SAHM of 6 (no this isn't a typo), my husband is currently deployed, I'm a thyroid cancer survivor and I am totally addicted to knitting!

I think a bootcamp buddy would be great for me! I just finished school and am working from home for the time being. I'm already behind everything and worried there'll be very little Etsy-business I can do for Christmas, but surely having a buddy wouldn't hurt!
I knit Christmas stockings, maybe if somebody had a shop with small gift items that could be used as stocking fillers (i.e. soap for women, toys for kids), I could put a link on my listings, and we offer a discount if a customer buys my stocking and the fillers from our two shops, something like that.

I would like a buddy in my geographical area. Wouldn't that be great to actually meet someone who is doing the same thing (a shop on Etsy)?! We would truly understand each other.
