Object with suhipped status but not received..

Hello everybody,

I've a question. I bought two mirrors the 7 june and I saw that my ordered was done and that the seller has written that my objects where shipped.

Today I've not received anything and I would like to know what to do...

Where is the seller located? It can take a long time if the buyer and seller are in different countries, because of the additional travel time and then delays when the parcel goes through customs. In my experience international orders can take three months to arrive.

Postal workers in Canada recently went on strike, and then they were locked out of work. They have returned to work now, but there have been delays because of the strike and lockout.

A friendly convo to the seller might ease your mind. Did they provide a tracking number?

I am in Switzerland and the mirrors are sent from France, they are neighbors country ...
I looked on purchases and it is said that the mirrors were sent because the payment has been received.
I sent five days ago an e-mail to the seller to inform him but he did not even bother to respond.

She has a lot of positive feedback and very few neutral or even negative. It does so maybe not worth the trouble to answer me but I find it disrespectful and it makes me sad.

Especially today I made a neutral feedback on an object by saying that I still had not received anything. I also wrote a mail to tell him that I kept the second assessment on hold, hoping to put a positive opinion as soon as I receive them. But still she did not say anything ...
