Number of Shops in a Category

Is there any way to see how many shops sell a particular item. For example, can we see how many jewelry shops there are? Or, in my case how many shops devoted to selling vintage sewing patterns?

It's not how many shops are in a category (since many shops use a few categories) but you can see how many items are in each category, how many have sold lately, average price, etc.
