Note to Buyer/Shipping labels

Ugh. I was just buying labels and noticed that a note I had written a while back was showing up on ALL my labels by default.

I can't figure out how to stop this from automatically populating for every single order. Help?

I did the same thing when I went on vacation and forgot to edit it when I came back home so everyone received a message saying nothing was shipping out till Aug 18th. If you did the same thing I did you will have to click on shop settings and then Info & Appearance.

You might have written a note in your shop announcement and forgot to delete it like I did, or at least that's what it sounds like.

No, it's not that one. It's the message they get after you buy a shipping label. I can't figure it out. I think it's a bug from the convo snippet tool.

On the page that you create the shipping label off to the right of the screen there is a note section that you can edit. You have to click edit each time you create a label if you want this message to be different for each customer. This is the message that is sent saying the item is shipping.

what I do is every day before printing my shipping labels, I go into the shipping labels section, change the notice and then save it as the new default.

Then I close the shipping labels screen and reopen it. That way the 'new' notice gets used for each label printed that day.

its a royal Pain in the butt but its the only way I've found around it
