Not sure what to do...

Hello everyone! Hoping you can help! I ordered something on the 13th and still haven't recieved it, I contacted the seller on the 23rd and she never responded...She marked it shipped the day after I ordered but when I track it, it looks like it hasn't been shipped at all. Any suggestions on what to do next?

You can open a case against her through Etsy and report her for non-delivery. Check the transaction page for that item purchased and you should see the option somewhere on that page. Also, if you paid through PayPal, you can open a dispute there. That usually get's attention. ;)
