No size given with orders!

Yesterday, we received 2 separate orders, but neither of them gave a size with their order, we have contacted both people, but we still haven't received size confirmation from either.
What should we do in this case??
We don't want to get back feedback for sending orders out so slow, but we don't want to send out the wrong size either.
Should we just wait for the customers to get in touch with their size??

I would definitely wait until they get back with you. Unless your items are one size fits all, I'd save yourself the hassle of having to deal with return shipping (not to mention the cost) if they decide to return the item. Give it some time...since we ship all over the world, some people are in different time zones. I'd give it a full 72 hours before canceling their order.

I agree with Vickie. Did you contact them via email and convo? I've had a situation before where a customer purchased a custom order without clarifying color choice. I waited a few days for a response to my inquiry, but did not receive one. In the end, I simply chose the colors and shipped the item. It's more difficult to guess with sizes, though. Good luck!
