Newsletter Question

I would like to start a newsletter and because I use Vistaprint for my business cards, I decided to use them for my newsletter. They are telling me that I must supply my address, which then appears on the newsletter itself. Does anyone know if this is a requirement by law? The newsletter will only being going to those who subscribe.

You'll be sending these out, correct? Then won't your address appear on the envelope anyway? I'm pretty sure that there's no legal requirement that newsletters have to have addresses on them (this isn't legal advice though), because I've seen many that didn't. However, I'm wondering what the problem with it is if your address will be on anything you send it in
