Newer banner?

I took some suggestions from some fab members here, and changed up my banner a little. What do you guys think? Do is it look too playful or is just hip enough?

It's cute! I think the only way to improve it would be to make a button of a sun with a smiley face inside, and then put that on your banner in place of the circles (but keep the multi-colored rays!
